A property is not sold by its description. It is sold when the buyer understands exactly what they are buying, and what they are signing.
Who we are
Al Awael Real Estate is a real estate marketing company working across Greater Cairo. We sit between two parties: an owner or developer with a property that needs to reach a buyer, and a buyer who wants to understand a unit in detail before paying anything.
We do not market everything we are offered. We take on property we can describe accurately, because an exaggerated advert becomes a dispute at the contract table.
How we work
We start from the property itself: what it actually offers, and which buyer that matters to. The message is then built on those facts — price, location, unit condition, and the terms of sale.
Every figure we publish carries a source and the date it was approved. When we are not certain of a number, we say it is unavailable rather than estimating it.
Where we stand on promises
We do not sell projections. What we present is what the contracts say: the price of the unit, the payment terms, and the length of any lease the buyer chooses to sign.
On the project we are currently marketing in 6th of October City, Al Awael is also the party that signs the lease as tenant — our name is on the contract next to the buyer's, not just on the advertising.

Our current mandate is a residential building in 6th of October City. That is the project we are running today — it is not the whole of what the company does.
